A hand-held grinder is a fast solution for smoothing out bumps and other irregularities in both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. With a diameter of usually less than 5 inches they work easily in tight areas where the larger units can't maneuver, such as in corners and close to walls.These well-balanced tools are easy to handle in all types of positions, thanks to auxiliary side handles.
