Problem or Issue to be Solved

Contractor was completing rehab and conversion of this old hotel building to luxury condo living space. The contractor required removal of interior support walls to create larger rooms as well as removal of roof structure which had an old mechanical building to create penthouses.

Scope of Work Completed

Carrier Concrete Cutting LLC saw cut, demolished and hand removed specified interior walls on 11 floors which was hundreds of square feet of 8 inch thick mixed block. The work was conducted in difficult space which required complete hand removal of all demolished concrete structure.
