Problem or Issue to be Solved

As new retail outlet tenants were signed to this expansive retail facility they had various requirements for their space and needed walls removed, windows and doors cut, etc.

Scope of Work Completed

Carrier Concrete LLC saw cut and removed over 9000 square feet of 4 inch slab and wall areas for new tenants. All demolished structure was hand removed because of constricted space and it was all indoors while the Casino was still open and operating, so minimal dust and destruction was required.
